How long will it take to receive my order?

Vintage items and t-shirts: 

I aim to dispatch orders 1-2 working days after orders have been placed. All items are shipped via Royal Mail. For UK orders you should receive your item within 1-5 working days depending on what shipping method you chose. For international orders it should take 1-2 weeks for items to arrive. 

Items from collaborations (Jade Clark x Sassy World and Honey x Sassy World): 

These items are not shipped by me, they are shipped by the designers so dispatch times differ. Every item is usually made to order so depending on how busy the designer is, it should take around 2 weeks for your items to be made before shipping. Please bear this waiting time in mind before ordering. 

Do you offer express shipping?

If you're based in the UK and need your order next day please email sassyworlduk@gmail.com and I can let you know if this is possible for a slightly higher postage fee. 

Do you accept returns?

Vintage items: If you're unhappy with your order, please email sassyworlduk@gmail.com and we can discuss a refund or exchange. As I am a small business I sadly cannot offer free returns at this moment.

T-shirts: Please make sure you check sizing before purchasing as these items are non-refundable. 

Collaboration collections: These items are made to order and therefore we cannot accept returns. Please check sizing before purchasing.
